1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using wapro.link (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

WAPRO provides WhatsApp links and smart routing, guided forms, Multilink pages, URL shortening and Telegram deep links, together with supported analytics and domain-hosting features. WAPRO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta or Telegram.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or facilitate WhatsApp policy violations;
Distribute malware, phishing links, or content that's illegal in your or your recipients' jurisdiction;
Infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights;
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls; or
Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

5. Billing

Module access, quotas and prices are shown in the current catalog. Top up your USD dashboard wallet through ABC Money, Whop or Cryptomus when configured, then use wallet balance to buy monthly modules or bundles. Gateway funding does not itself purchase module access. Optional automatic renewal requires your explicit consent and deducts the agreed amount from wallet balance; insufficient funds pause renewal without an overdraft or an external subscription charge. Your dashboard shows wallet transactions, subscription status, renewal terms and paid invoices. Refund eligibility is subject to the purchase terms and applicable law.

6. Data and analytics

The Service records click and scan events for links you create (timestamp, referral source, and technical details like IP address and user agent) so you can see analytics for your own links. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, wapro.link is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or as required by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which wapro.link's operating entity is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your own country grants you rights that cannot be waived by this clause.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
